Jeweled Lotus The only time you dont want to topdeck this card is when you have complete control of the game and theres no way your commander, already on the battlefield, can be bounced or sent back to the command zone

If you cast Teferis Protection in response to Phyrexian Dreadnoughts trigger then Phyrexian Dreadnought phases out and you can't sacrifice it as the trigger resolves when it phased-out and the game doesnt see it
